Dan Zakes joined the Common Sense Retirement Planning team as an Investment Advisor Representative in March 2017.

Dan graduated from Northland International University in 2011. Dan enjoys building relationships with clients and solving the challenges they face to achieve their financial goals. Dan moved from rural Utah to South Carolina and married his wife, Jessica, in 2017.

Dan has passed the FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 securities exams and holds his South Carolina life insurance license.

Dan and Jessica enjoy their involvement at Palmetto Baptist Church and setting up their new home in Greenville. When time permits, they love adventuring in the Carolina mountains, traveling and volunteering together.
