Mark Bonikowsky grew up as a missionary kid in San Sebastian, Spain. He attended Bob Jones University and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.

Mark used his skills in communication and his ability to speak two languages to work as an Interpreter for the Greenville Hospital System. After working with the hospital for several years and traveling the world to places such as Nepal, Greenland, Suriname, and Chile, Mark started studying finances and working at Common Sense Retirement Planning.

Mark assumed a new role with the company in January 2022 as an Investment Advisor Representative. He enjoys meeting new clients and building personal relationships with his existing clients. Mark holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. He also holds life and health licenses through the South Carolina Department of Insurance. He has also earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

Mark was married in December 2021 to Andrea. Mark and Andrea enjoy being involved in their local church, Hampton Park Baptist Church, running, and traveling together. Mark also enjoys running ultra-marathons, his latest one being the world-renown Bigfoot200 race in Washington. He is adventurous, committed, determined, perseverant, and cautious. Not only does he demonstrate these qualities in his sport, but also with his clients as he helps them plan for their retirement.
